My Acer One 10 S100X won't turn on any quick fixes I should try to turn it on?

I tried turning it on, It was out of battery so I charged it, then I tried turning it on, it wont turn on, when I hold the power button all I hear is the fans turning on but the screen is black and I can't turn it off, I left it overnight and the next day It stopped vibrating, I tried it again and the same thing happened. I tried holding the power button and volume up, nothing, I tried holding the power button for 2 minutes, still the same, the charger works fine,I'm gonna take it to Acer but are there any quick fixes I should try to turn it on?
