Good day!

So, I have tried everything I can possibly think of, and I have come to the conclusion that I don't know what else to try. Any help is greatly appreciated before I pull the rest of my hair out over this issue, haha.

Anyway, my laptop, whenever I am gaming and doesn't matter what game it is, every minute or so it freezes for 2-3 seconds and then resumes. The audio continues to play, but the game itself just seems to lock up and no action can take place during that time. I have tried reinstalling windows, graphic drivers, and even network, sound, and other random drivers just in case.

Please help, I am desperate. Thank you!

sounds like NVida driver error like nvkldm.sys is not working any more. Take a look at your windows system logs. Is there any error like that?

If it is software related, you should uninstall the driver by using a tool called display driver uninstaller (DDU). Then you install the current driver you can download at NVidia.

If this does not work you should ask Acer Support.
