my aspire v3 771g notebook has an nvidia 640m graphic card that, theoretically, could support UHD resolution. nevertheless, when i connect the notebook to my UHD TV, the maximum resolution available is only HD. no matter what i do, the image is managed by the intel graphic chip (wich is limited at 1920x1020), so i could not use the higher resolution of the nvidia to put an UHD image on my TV.

i try to disable the onboard chip , but there is no option in bios and when i am disabling it from windows, a generic driver takes controls, i have no monitor or resolution choises and the resolution is limited at 640x480.

any ideea ?

thanks.
