HY, my laptop is:

Acer V5-591G-54R9

S/N: NXG5WEX006*********

MFG Date: 2015/11/18

I want to install SSD to M.2 slot and keep my HDD for media. And I want to install Windows 10 on my new SSD.

First I bought:

"SSD 120.0 GB Kingston SSDNOW SM2280S3G2 M.2 SATA"

because I found a video on youtube where a guy install "M+B" SSD on this type of laptop.

When I opened my laptop I found that this is not what I need because my M.2 slot is "M".

I went back to the store and replaced Kingston SSD for: SSD 128.0 GB INTEL Series 600p SSDPEKKW128G7X1, M.2, PCle NVMe 3.0 X4

This one fits my M.2 slot. I see it in BIOS (sometimes named "HHD1:" and sometimes "HHD1: model of SSD". I tried to install windows on this SSD but I got message:

"Windows acnnot be installed to this disk. This computer's hardware may not support booting to this disk. Ensure that disk's controller is enabled in the computer's BIOS menu."

In windows it's sometimes shown in Disk Managment and sometimes I can't see it at all. If it's there is not usable. I can't format it.

Then I formated during windows installation. It was shown on the list of my drive so I selected and formated. I still couldn't install windows on it but when I start up windows it was shown in My Computer as working SSD but I couldnt even put one file on it or create a new folder. If I tried to format it again, this time with Disk Managment it will first became unallocated and the completely gone from list.

What can I do? Is the NVMe problem here? My BIOS is latest version, 1.14.

Please help me
