Hi peeps!

I have a massive problem.
My Aspire E1-532 running Windows 10 (originaly 8.0) won't boot past the Acer-logo.

Some background info:

My wife was using it at the time and the laptop was terribly slow (as usual since about a couple of months).
She tried using Chrome to do some banking (Chrome makes things even worse) and it froze.
So after an hour she tried Ctrl Alt Del, the blue screen pops up pretty quick, she clicked Taskmanager and the thing froze again.
This time it remained that way for hours, so eventually (can't blame her, we're both totally fed up with it) she shut it off by holding the power button.

And that's pretty much it...

About 80% of the time it's just the Acer logo for about 30 to 40 minutes before it shuts of, but sometimes a blue screen appears.

I have seen three variants of the bsod:
1. An error-message saying something like "0x0000085" and it will give me three options. Try again (just loops back into nothing), start in safemode (same result none the less) and a CNG.sys error.

I have tried booting from USB (Ubuntu) which worked, but i could not reach the HDD.
I then get and extensive error message.
BUT (!) in the end it says that i should shut down Windows first and not leave it in Sleep or Hibernate.

A bootable W10 USB showed the Windows logo, but the got stuck in a black-ish screen.

The bios is reachable, so is bootoptions.
Troubleshooting (F8) and Recovery (F11) are not.

Help!
