Acer Iconia Tab 8w, wifi is on but cannot detect nearby WIFI Connection

This past few days, my Acer Tablet cannot detect wifi connections, even the router is just less than one meter apart. Before, it happened and i resolved the problem by holding Volume Up and next the Power button, and appeared the white screen touched the Exit and Load default settings then Save changes and exit and the wifi can detect.

 

But now, even if i do the process above, the wifi cannot detect

If there is no wireless at all, even when the tablet is sitting right on top of the router, it's likely a failed wireless card, though usually that either shows with errors in Device Manager or no device shows up at all. If you can see a little bit of signal when right next to the router, probably the antenna wires have wiggled loose.
