I Purchased a brand new Acer aspire 12 switch tablet keyboard combo less than 2 weeks ago. The tablet has stopped working so I rang Acer support, after doing everything they said to do to get it going they then told me it was faulty. Im in Australia and brought it online in the USA because of this they wnat me to pay a $250 repair fee with me paying posting and handling, are they kidding its a faulty ACER product why should i pay, IWILL NEVER BUY AN ACER PRODUCT AGAIN END OF STORY. And Acer if you are reading this take heed this will go on further you need to support your products. Many more forums to go to yet.
