you need to exit safe mode, try to boot pressing Alt+F10 keys and from windows 10 recovery reach the command prompt and disable safe boot.

if Alt+F10 is not working, create a bootable windows 10 USB flash drive and reach command prompt from it.

RAID is the only option for your model, no AHCI.

enter BIOS pressing F2 and check

if your BIOS is set to UEFI mode

if windows boot manager is the first bootable device

if D2D recovery is enabled (if available)

    then save and exit BIOS.

boot and press Alt+F10 again and check if it works, if not:

    1. create a vanilla Windows 10 installation media from this link:
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

    2. Once you boot using the Windows installation disc, on the Windows 10 installation window, click on Repair your computer.

    3. Click on Troubleshoot and in the Advanced options.

    4. If that does not help, then select Command Prompt

    5. once in command prompt type

    bcdedit /deletevalue {current} safeboot

    shutdown /r

    your system will reboot automatically
