Dear acer community,
I have recently tried to install Ubuntu on my Laptop and encounterd a few problems with the boot order. So i thought i'll try booting ubuntu with Legacy instead UEFI, since there reportedly were problems with Ubuntu and UEFI.

After i changed boot mode to Legacy, my computer would no longer recognize any bootable device and does not respond to keyboard input. I only can start it and force restarts.
How can i fix this problem? Or how do i get into the UEFI settings?
Thanks for the fast help.

P.S.: Answers in english and german work for me.

So I managed to solve the problem myself.

Shortly before the inputless screen appears there is a 1 second period, where you can use the funktion keys to acess the UEFI settings. (f2= settings f12= boot device select)
Through f2 you get to the settings, where I was able to change to UEFI boot mode.

    But thanks for the help.
