Acer B1-820 Will not connect to Wifi

My Acer Iconia B1-820 will not connect to ANY wifi, it see's my home network, it see's my mobile jetpack, went to mcdonalds & starbuck (public open wifi's) and still wont connect, it says that the connection is saved then after a while it says it has a "problem authenticating" the connection, I have rechecked my router password a hundred times, in fact im using other computers to make sure I'm typing it correctly, my router is a Linksys Velop....everything connects except this unit.

try a factory reset (backup your personal data first)

settings/backup & reset - factory reset

 

if it still have the connection issue, contact Acer support service.
