have you tried to press Alt+F10 at boot and then follow the onscreen instructions?

i think it's better if you re-install windows 10 from scratch:

on these laptops/netbooks, no drive except usb!!!! I have windows 10 on a usb drive, but no matter what I try I can't get into the bios to redirect boot sequence..... If I can reinstall no problem, maybe even if I can get into safe mode.... PLEASE NEED HELP!!!

windows 10 USB Flash must be UEFI/GPT or it will not boot.

i suggest you to enable F12 boot menu from BIOS (it's under boot tab normally), then save and exit.

at next boot press F12 and select the USB flash drive (normally is listed with brand name)

You might want to read this.

Also note that the USB drive must be formatted NTFS to be recognized.
