I am trying to use a program called “Corrlinks” this is a program designed to allow people to have a video chat with friends who are incarcerated. When I open the program the person I am chatting with can see and hear me just fine and I can hear them fine as well. The problem is only a very small amount of the camera is showing and the rest is blank. I was told that there is a setting on the camera called “Birds Eye View” which has to be disabled for the camera to work. I am wondering how to do this as try as I might I can’t find this setting. The Corrlinks program has virtually no troubleshooting options as well so needless to say I’m a tad frustrated and am hoping one of you out there can help me.
Cheers,
Greg
