Factory disks Aspire AZ3-715-RU52

Unfortunately, I lost the original factory disk set Acer sent to me for AZ3-715-RU52, and now need them for recover. Any one has the original factory disk for above unit and willing to sell to me ?? If so, please advise cost and shipping so that I can send money. Disks to be sent to Canada via FedEx

    I thank you very much for your quick assistance, but please note that when accessed your recommended link, which, by the way, I have done previously, I noted a comment as follows: quote Recovery media is no longer available for the serial number you entered unquote You can see this sentence in the annex. I cannot understand why they have no such disks, mainly considering my computer is under the guarantee period. They should provide the disks because such guarantee. They provided me the set previously but unfortunately, I lost it. Now I am proposing them to ship it to me with full cost and shipping expenses at my account whatever costs should be. Same terms I am proposing to the community. A genuine copy will be enough to me. Can you help me, please ??? Rgds Sdruws P.S. : Sorry could not find a place to insert the annex.

    Further to my last message, when I told you about the non-availability of factory disks, even when I am within the guarantee period, can you indicate to me any member of the community who might have such original disks and able to sell to me? Any guaranteed original copy would satisfy me. I would like to emphasize my complain that even under the guarantee period ACER did not assured me the right to have such disk, being all concerning expenses of disks and shipping to my account, forwarding the disks to Canada, please??? Waiting with much interest your comments about it. By the way, can you furnish me with the phone number of the section of ACER in charge of guarantee and in charge of factory disks?? Rgds Sdruws

    i don't know other members with your PC but, since you are still under warranty, give Acer support service a call and ask them directly about the recovery media.
