Hi

I tried to install Windows 10 on my acer iconia tab 9 a1-w810.

It rebooted after half the installation, then i get screen no bootable devices.

Entered bios but cant see any drive listed there.

Tried changing secureboot from on to off, and TPM to off.

No change.

When booting from win10 x32 install usb tells me that i have no drives to install windows on.

Any ideas?

/With kind regards Snackfood.

If you are being prompted that there are no drives installed, this can be hardware problem either with the hard drive or mainboard. You might try restoring the system back to Windows 8 and if that fails, likely the system will need service to resolve this issue. Please contact Acer support for your region from this link:

If you can boot that image into the recovery command prompt, you can use diskpart to see if your drive shows up in the hardware. If it's not there you have a drive or motherboard failure. If it is there it probably just needs initializing. No need to create partitions, the installation will handle that.
