iconia 10, set up outlook, receives email but wont send them, keeps saying no connection

it seems to have set up okay, the emails are received but wont send and it doesnt bring up my accounts contact list, i get the message that theres no connection

    are you using the official outlook application?

    i never had this issue, other applications works using the wifi connection?

    not sure if it is that one as the app icon was already there, all other apps and wifi is ok and the tablet downloads updates

    Can you please check if it's the same application?
    If not download the one i linked, it's the official Microsoft Outlook application

    Receive but not send is usually an authentication issue. Double check the account settings verify the proper configuration for your mail provider is entered. Typically you need to tell the client to login before sending.
