How do I retrieve my Dynamic location on Life Digital Clock app please?

I have been using the Life Digital Clock app for the past four years with no problems at all.  However, a couple of weeks ago I returned to France from the UK but can no longer see the weather section part of this app. 

 

The Time and Date is working fine, but my location and the high and low temperatures are missing although the symbols are still there.

 

Somebody, set this up for me originally and I can remember that the current location was 'Dynamic by My Location' and although that's still showing, there is 'Local' after it which I don't remember being there before. 

 

Please, can anyone tell me what I have to do to get this working properly again.  I would appreciate it if you could reply in plain and simple English as it's probably obvious that I'm not a techie.

check if near the temperature there's a little gear to tap or if tapping on the temperature it will open a new window where you can tap on settings or gear.
