Hello.

Regarding to those two articles Predator 15 592 and 593 have the same displays: LG Philips LP156WF6-SPP1 (LGD04D5). The only difference is that 593 supports G-Sync. On acer's page I found bios called "Supports G-SYNC for new panel v.1.08" from 593 model. Am I able to install this bios on my 592? What the chances that after update bios, G-Sync will be working and I won't crash my laptop?

Sorry for my bad english. Hope you will understand the point.

no, you will not be able to crossflash 593 BIOS to 592, since the BIOS has a check on version/platform.

    I'm not an Acer employee.

That's bad but if the 593 and 592 have the same display so there is a possibility to enable G-Sync on 592. Acer doesn't want to give us a proper update.
