Can't Factory Reset Iconia W510 Running Windows 10

Got it used and don't have a recovery USB.  Tried Alt-F10 at restart but the computer ignores it. Anything I can do?

I want to revert back to what I assume was the factory-installed Windows 7 or 8, since the way it runs now is very, very sluggish.  I saw some people corrected the problem with power management adjustmentss, but those adjustments are apparently not an option in Windows 10.

Actually you can do the Power Management changes in W10, just have Cortana open "Power Options" and you'll get the familiar W7 version.

Once the W10 upgrade has been in place for a while, the revert option goes away to free up space. The only way to go back to full factory defaults is to use the recovery DVD. You can purchase one from the Acer Store in the US or Canada (use the appropriate web site) or through Acer Support in other locales. You'll want to use an externally powered DVD drive and a USB hub so you can plug in a keyboad and mouse to make things as easy as possible.

Well, I had gone into the Win 10 power options, but the settings options were different from the ones suggested on the website I was following to fix the problem.

But I did more searching and found that people were fixing the problem by upgrading drivers from Acer.  I had not done that before, because the drivers were for 8.1 and I have 10.  But I tried that and it seems to have worked!

    Thanks for the assistance.
