How do i fully remove all security login requirements?

I have an Acer Iconia One 10.

I am sick of having to login everytime my tablet goes to sleep or I turn it off.

I never take it away from home and I live alone, so there is no worry about anything being stolen from it.

I want NO security or login features at all.

But apparantely the tablet insists I use it. I have been unable to remove the login requirement.

Although I did successfully remove the option for Google to "ERASE MY TABLET IS SUSPECTED STOLEN".

No thanks, I don't want my tablet fully erased because I entered the wrong password too many times!

So, how do I completely remove all security login requirements, even the finger swipes.

I want to turn it on, and have it ready for use.

I logged into Norton and had the website remove the login feature!

They have thst setting for safety purposes, incase I were to forget my login.

Sorry my reply is so late. I lve in California and have had a lot of power outages.

I tried several times but none is faded out and I cannot choose it.

My tablet is the B3 A20.

What do I do now? I do NOT want to do factory reset.

Settings/security/Device administrator - deactivate everything here (tap on the listed item and then tap on deactive)

Settings/Security - Clear Credentials

then try to set screen lock as you need.

In Device Admin, nothing was checked. I definately do NOT want an app or the device to erase my stuff.

In Clear Credentials, it asks if I want to "remove all contents?".

Is that pop up asking if I want to erase my tablet?

I do not want ANY security screen lock.

Ok. Did it.

Turned off tablet.Turned back on and... Had to still login.

Strange, the password requirement isn't from Norton, I checked and I would have to pay for it.

That is just Norton telling me my device is secure. I push the padlock UP and enter my password.Still.

Ugh.

Ok, so it's Norton blocking the none setting on screen lock.
Uninstall it.

I do not have the Norton password screen lock even set up. It costs extra, and I don't want to have a password.

I have checked my Norton program. When I check the screen lock safety password, it asks me to set one up.

Just lucky that it was one of my favorite passwords.

I will call Norton Monday. Let you know.
