Dear Acer from a truly disgruntled x34 customer

I am so sick of reading the **bleep** support replies all over Acer's support site. They either give customers a hard time or they give false information or they don't respond at all.

Acers customer and technical support is the worst or right up there err down there with dell and HP and very possibly worse.

The only way to let them know is respond  let them know how you feel and then never, ever buy their **bleep** again.

 

Being in technical support myself it **bleep** me off to see this complete lack of customer service and Acer is refusing to take responsibly for these issues instead pointing the finger at the customer and telling them the product doesn't need to perform at the specs they advertise.  When you charge $1300 for one of these monitors the better live up to the specs or you can expect to get a lot of returns a lot of grief and lose customers.

But Acer has been around a long time peddling **bleep**. I won't be buying any more of their disasters but I will make sure to give them my $1300 worth of **bleep**  Smiley Wink
