My E1-572 laptop keeps closing down without warning.

My lappie is now 2.5 years old and in constant use.  Lately, it has started to close down on me without warning.  I can sometimes get it back up but not always.  I googled for advice and saw that dust could be the problem so have vacuumed it out.  It still closes down.  Should I get a new battery?  I am not very technical so gentle advice would be really appreciated.  Thank you.

If it's household vaccum, I would suggest not to use it but get an Air Duster can and use it, shutting down may be caused by different factors, main one being temperature, you can monitor it by installing HWmonitor, download from here:http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html

What are the temps when it shuts down?

You may have to open it to clean the fan thoroughly and to do repasting of CPU, that will solve the problem.

If you are not familiar with disassembly procedure, take it to arepair shop or get in touch with Acer Service centre if one near you.
