Liquid z330 when answering phone i can now only hear if i put it on speaker,

have never had any problem with my acer liquid z 330 phone before this, but now even though i can hear my phone ringing when i answer it i have to put the phone on speaker to hear. I also have to put it on speaker to make a call. I still hear my alarms. i am hoping that some one can tell me what i can do to correct this. thank you

Try a factory reset (backup all your personal data first):

settings/backup & reset - factory data reset

 

once done, if your calls work only on speakerphone, it's an hardware issue and can be fixed only by Acer support service.
