my computer is freezing up, can you suggest a procedure start to try to correct this?

For the community to assist you, it would be nice to know what computer you have, what OS you use, when and how often does this happen, have you downloaded new software or deleted some programs, what memory capacity do you have, do you have an active antivirus program?   Is your unit still under warranty so you can call the support services in your region?

Maybe restating your concern with more information could elicit some responses to assist you.
