Hello, my Acer Iconia W 510 since yesterday is experiencing problem. There is a message that appears at startup and says: Security version mismatch detected. Make sure you are updating to a new version of the Fireware system or contact you representative support. ERROR code 0x10000001.
This message comes back repeatedly and even if I try to make F12 it comes back continually.
After investigation the problem would be connected to the motherboard

Sorry you are having problems with your Acer tablet. Unfortunately the dock you are using was for the W500 model only. Acer can offer repair for your tablet if you want, as the error you provided appears to be from a hardware issue with the tablet. The out of warranty repair fee for this model is $219.99US. This fee includes parts, labor, 90 day warranty on the repair plus return shipping.
