My A500 tablet is out of warranty and wont boot. How do I go about getting service on it?

My Acer A500 tablet is well out of warranty, but I love it and want to get it fixed. It started slowing down in the time that it took for it to boot up. Then it just quit all together. I will power it on and the ACER logo will come up. Then the ANDROID logo will start cycling through as if it were going to load. It never gets past this part of the boot process and just cycles through the ANDROID for eternity. I want to get it fixed, but don't know how or who to turn to. Any help would be appreciated. PS I did a reset, let it use power until it just stopped cycling, charged it up for hours, and nothing seems to help.
