Problems with new harddrive replaced 12/12 while unde warranty

How do i get hold of support for my acer aspire, for which the original warranty expired 12/25/12, but had a warranty issue that required the hard drive be replaced under the warranty. I had just received it back 12/11/12, and had to place a call to support right away, as was unable to access internet, which required either i send it back in for repair or i download an install something support recommended, which i chose to keep and install recommendation, which proved not to be s easy as i had thought it would be so i set computer to the side until about 3 weeks ago, when i could afford the time to work on it, which i was then able to comlete what wa necessary for the problem then at hand, but have had multple problems each day since, with sudden crashes, error pop ups, multiple sudden rebooting that upon restart it has to go through a comlete check disc scan etc. i have McAfee installed, which i did immediately upon beig able to connect to the internet. I was told when chatting w/ support when i received the laptop back from repair that i would have a 3 month warranty on this replaced harddive, but am unable to reach anyone in support with the serial nuber on this computer whose original warranty expired. It shoud be going bac k in for proper repair, but not sure how to go about achieving this this laptop is an acer aspire 5733
