Veritron M460 and I am trying to upgrade the memory, but everytime I try to add the unit won't post

 Have a Veritron M460 Desktop and I am trying to upgrade the memory, but everytime I try to add the unit won't post. I can only use one out of the two memory slots at atime.

You must be able to use both slots at the same time. What type of ram do you have and is it the same make, same frequency, etc?
