Hi everyone,

I have a S277HK monitor which I am using with windows 10 and a GTX 1070 graphics card. I have a problem when I use the monitor with the graphic card via HDMI the screen outputs a lot of clicking and popping sounds and also shows red pixels all over the screen (that moves around).

It's not the cable or the port on the screen since I have tested them with other devices. However I haven't updated my drivers for the S277HK monitor. When I visit the ACER support page for S277HK there isn't a windows 10 driver listed. Does anyone know how I can install this driver? Or have anyone had this problem eariler and can tell me where it comes from?

Thanks for your help!

Updating a monitor driver likely would not resolve this type of issue. If you've tested the monitor on another PC using HDMI and the dots/noise doesn't happen, then it could be the HDMI port on the computer that is bad.  I would check the HDMI port on the VGA card you have with another monitor. That may help narrow down the possible cause of the noise and dots.
