aspire E15 E5-573G-74Q5 strangely crashing

My laptop is in guarantee period, first of all.

Sometimes (averagely one time every two days) I get bluescreen, using Windows 10.

Also, another nuising problem that I'm having it's some sort of computer's crash(same frequency of the above, but apparently not relationed):

-Task manager doesn't show up with ctrl+shift+esc nor ctrl+alt+del

-I can't close anything

-Internet connection seems to stop, though icon on the side of the clock shows it's still connected, so I can't open any new websites in a new tab (it keeps waiting connection)

-I can open up start menu, but none of it's buttons seems to work (can't even reboot or turn off)

-After some time, every program stops responding

Because of this crash, I have to force reboot everytime it occurs.

With all of that said, I need help with diagnosis, so I can get the laptop back to Acer to maintenance

If you are not at the latest bios, You should upgrade it. The latest is

    BIOSAcer1. Update N16S-GT 4G vbios to 82.08.46.00.44 2. Update brightness table1.374.0 MB2016/03/10Download

To see what version you have, type system information in Windows search and click it.

Hello and thanks for the attention!

I did updated my BIOS yesterday, but later the same crash occured. When I leave the computer on for some time, this crash is more frequent, though the pc had it many times while I was using it.

Back to the bluescreen, I should update the original post: it shows "FAULTY HARDWARE CORRUPTED PAGE" error. This one, although, didn't bothered me again after the BIOS update.

You have no more problems with " faulty-hardware-corrupted-page"?

    Try refreshing the Windows

PC Settings, Update and Recovery, Recovery, Refresh your PC without affecting your files

I'm sorry for the long time, I've been REALLY busy

Yes, I definitely have no more blue screens with "faulty hardware corrupted page" error. Thanks for that!

But that other crash still bothers me and still is pretty random, though it tends to happen during a long inactivity time.

I've tried to refresh my PC sometimes, but the Windows installation just stop and my computer reboots. Then, it says that the installation wasn't successful without any further information.
