Need immense help with Aspire M5?

Okay, I have a huge amount of problems with my laptop. I don't know the product number, I just looked on the bottom of my laptop and all it said was "Aspire M5." I can look even harder if you someone needs me to. So, first,

1) My laptop cannot download ANYTHING for some reason. Doesn't matter what type of file it is, it just doesn't download it. I use chrome and using another browser doesn't do anything. For chrome, the entire download circle fills up, but it doesn't flash about like it does when it finishes downloading. And clicking on it does nothing. It opens nothing, doesn't change my cursor to a loading circle, NOTHING.

2) I cannot print anything. I plug my USB from the printer to the laptop, press CTRL+P, make sure the correct printer is selected (and it normally is), and I press print. Nothing happens. No printing error message, no error message from the printer, it's like the laptop sent the information to the printer, so it thinks there isn't a problem, but somewhere along the way before it reaches the printer it just evaporates into another dimension. I don't think it's the printer. Besides, I can't even print anything because my laptop can't even download anything Smiley Happy

3) When I try to open something, it tells me something along the lines of "You cannot open this program with a built-in administrator account." So, I try to create a new account and give it administrator properties so I can open it. But when I try to, it either gives me a loading circle for maybe about a second or two, and it returns to my cursor. And guess what? NOTHING HAPPENS! Oh man I bet you were pretty surprised about that one, weren't you? Or, it gives me the dreaded "You can't do this even though you're the built-in administrator" message.
I think it could be a virus. It could be, since I cannot download anything and I suspect whoever made the virus did that so you cannot download an anti-virus program. However, last time I checked, I didn't have a virus.
---
tl;dr: Nothing happens on my laptop. Could be a virus, but also not. Help?

Your problems listed are explained with too many words

    But no problem

Please do one thing at a time

    1. Get a external drive and backup up your files (the most important thing)

Make sure your drvers are up to date

If you have any missing drivers, pls visit Acer homepage for drivers

    2. Try a system restore or eMachine recovery

If any of these fail, then

    3. I'll suggest you try new installation of OS
