A part of the screen on my Acer E15 laptop doesn't respond to the cursor

A small portion on the lower-right part of the screen doesn't respond to the mouse cursor. I can move the cursor over the area, but I can't click or scroll if it's there. I've tried with both a mouse and touch-pad, so I know that that's not the problem. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks

It might be a invisible window from some program or utility. It could be caused by a malware or you might need to update your graphics driver.

Open task manager and check the running processes for something you don't recognize.

Try exploring the shape of it and right clicking around the right upper corner.
