My aspire switch 10 E has camera problems

Hello everyone, I'm hoping that there is a simple solution to this;
My aspire switch has front and back cameras, and I've been excited to try this out, but my first problem is trying out the camera app that came with my notebook; The front camera works perfectly fine, but the back one as I touch to "switch camera's" it simply doesn't show anything at all, it's just a grey screen!

I tried to look for solution to this but nothing.

But it doesn't end there either; the second problem now is that the button to switch camera from front to back, isn't there anymore. So now I seemingly have a back camera that is useless now and just have a webcam (front) for now...

If you updated the OS to Windows 10, please note:
