I cannot perform a factor rest on my Predator G3-605

I recently installed an update for Windows 10 on my Predator G3-605, this update has caused the computer to freeze completely, with no input from any source, after 20 seconds of logging into a selected user profile. Any programs running stop, the mouse and keyboard have no valid or visible input or effect. I belive there is a patch or new update available that would potentially fix the problem but before this can be downloaded the system freezes and stops the download. As a result of this I am trying to restore factory settings and start afresh. However evry time i try to do this i get an error message saying i need more space of the drive where windows is installed. Not normally an issue except for the fact that windows is installed on the C drive which is only 5GB big and around 4Gb of that is taken. I cannot delete enough from the drive, (for obvious reasons), to allow a restore and cannot move the windows files to the larger E drive to free up the space there. I have no recovery disk and after installing Windows 10 the original windows 9.1 was removed so i cannot go back to an earlier build. Finally there are no suitable system restore points saved for me to go back to before the update. So basically im backed into a corner and im out of ideas. Anything you can suggest would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou for your time.

1.  buy the original Acer recovery media:

 2. download a windows 10 vanilla installation media and then download Acer software and drivers (if needed) from the Acer support website:

It seems like you're trying to do the reset inside the Windows. Try this process. It will allow you to do the factory reset outside the OS.

 

(With the computer completely off) Hold down the ALT key without letting it go > Start tapping F10 > The computer will have either the Acer logo or the Predator logo with a "Please wait" message underneath, at that point you can let go both of the keys > The choose an option screen will prompt up > Click troubleshoot > Reset this PC > Remove everything > Just remove my files > Reset.

 

Keep in my mind, the process will take up to 8 hours and is very important to have the unit plug in.

 

PLEASE DO NOT INTERRUPTED THE PROCESS, SINCE THIS MAY CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE OS.
