Have not Received Email

Not sure where to throw this...

 

So I put in a request for a computer repair, and it was approved, according to the case status.  I know I am supposed to recieve an email with detailed instructions, but I have not.  It has been 3 business days.  How long does it take for an email to go be sent?  Any ideas or help?

    It shouldn't take that long unless it somehow got stuck in the process. We resent the email to the email address we have on file. Please make sure you check your spam or junk folder as well.

    That is really odd.  I've checked the even the spam folders of both my emails after your replay and there is nothing from Acer.  Do you guys have the correct email (or email spelled correctly)?  I remember I once told my email address to tech support in the past, and the gentleman on the other end misheard me and incorrectly spelled it.  I thought I got it fixed, but maybe it did not get fixed permanently.
