I have had this Laptop/Pile of junk for less than a month in fact 23 days.  Already ready to throw it out the window.

CPU almost constantly runs at 100%  Getting rid of my old two in one HP now seems like such a bad idea!

I have removed lots of programs in the hope it would help, changed to all sorts of interenet browsers and to be absolutley honest it would appear the bin is the best thing for it.

Unless of course one of you lovely people could help as it's pointless having the thing.  The minute I open just FB it goes on a CPU freeze.

Help and old lady out please Smiley Very Happy

  • Give this a try.

Shut down and unplug the laptop. Turn it over and find the battery reset pinhole, Using a paperclip, gently push into the hole until you feel a click and hold it for 5 seconds.
