hi, I am using Aspire sw5-173-648z

Last week I bought a samsung micro SDXC 128GB evo+ for my tablet.

It had worked well, there's no problem for a few days, but since yesterday suddenly SDXC card has been ejected and reconnected right away. and These things happen continuously. when this problem first happened, I thouhgt it is due to SDXC card itself. so I inserted another card but the result was same. and there's no problem when I inserted card into my phone.

Is this software problem or hardware problem?

Currently I am using Windows10 home 1607 redstone

(I'm living in the country where aspire sw5-173 is not officially sold so I think I won't able to get proper repair service. please help Robot Indifferent ㅠㅜ and thanks for reading my sloppy english)

Your system may require additional software, firmware, and/or a BIOS update to install and run Windows 10. Please note not all Windows 10 features may be available on all Windows 8.1 PCs. See the following qualifying Acer models. Systems not specified won’t be supported for an upgrade to Windows 10 in line with Microsoft’s regulations.

For the following supported models, you will be guided through the upgrade process. You can also follow the step-by-step instructions to manually upgrade your device to Windows 10.

I have the same problem stated as the original poster. The answer provided by the acer assistant has nothing to do with the problem. The device itself comes with Win10 pre installed.

There are two possibilities to diagnose. First is it a mechanical problem where the card doesn't completely latch into place? Second could be a updated soft package dedlivered from one of the Microsoft updates. I don't have concrete suggestions on how best to test each of these.
