Just setup my XF270HU and am noticing a fine red streak down the center of my screen at 144hz

As said above, I am running the monitor at 2560x1440 at 144hz with my new gtx 1080 and everything seemed to be running smoothly but mid-game I began noticing a really thin set of streaks down the center of my screen. The streak disappears at 60hz and is barely noticable at 100hz.

 

Any idea why this may be? The monitors expensive so I'm trying to determine if this is fixable or if I should send it back.

double check with other games if those streaks tend to appear; if so, it's better you contact your seller or Acer support service.
