Aspire V7-482pg Repair Request under Extended Warranty
I'm just going to skip the middle man of dealing with Tech Support. I'm sure they're sincere, but there is a language barrier since I am a native American English Speaker. That's beside the point.
Basically the TL;DR is that my computer freezes a lot, and it seems to be related to the hard drive.
A post describing problem in detail: Former Post
In the past, tech support has issued a repair request, but the desctiption I got back on the diagnostic report did not say correctly what the issue was, and the facility said the device was fine. It is not.
So, I was wondering if any Acer people would be able to help get the ball rolling on getting this thing finally fixed.
Thank you kindly in advanced,
Zackh

I don't work for Acer.
Why don't you update your graphics driver? And they have a bunch of other new drivers released in May of 2016 for Windows 8.1.
You can also try asking Microsoft for help with Word. Although I can already tell you the first thing that Microsoft will say is to update your graphics drivers and other drivers.
Good luck.

Edit:
Here's an example of a Microsoft response to a Word "not responding" problem. First thing they say (Step 1) is to update the graphics driver:

The computer has up to date drivers, and is running windows 10 now. Also, word is not the problem, it is an example of the computer freezing. The computer freezes with a browser, with wmp, it even freezes just sitting there.
I've tried many Antiviruses and am currently using malwarebytes.
I've reset the computer many times. It even freezes before doing anything like uninstalling bloatware, or adding programs.0
