It started after I had to manully shut it down (pressed the startbutten untill it shut down) because it didnt shut down when I turned it off. It just said "computer is shuting down" but it never did shut down. Waited around 20 mins and nothing happend.

There is a hibernation file (forgot how it is named) which before shutting down the pc it saves some of the files for quick start up(works like a hibernate mode). But when you do a force shut down(holding down the power button) this file is unable to save the data for quick start up. Many people have this problem when the computer doesn't shut down and it is not problem in your pc but nothing more than a bug in the OS. Lets say if you disable this file(or disable quick start in shutting down options) for quick start up, your pc will always start a bit slower than usually. Also if you do a restart the pc starts up slower.

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
