Inforteam International Services received my Iconia One 7 Tablet for repairs on 12- Jan-2016. It was diagnosed to have had a faulty battery. It was replaced and returned.

On 08-Jun-2016, Inforteam received this tablet again. This time, it was diagnosed to have a mainboard problem, which was fitted and returnd.

This time, the problem still persits and the product will not switch on again.

I contacted inforteam yesterday only to be told my warrant has expired. That, the only way they can help is for me to complain at uk.escalations@acer.com. I have tried several times in vain!

Please help.

    Hello,

I'm sorry that you've ran into this issue with your tablet.  Please PM me with the Case ID or Serial Number and I'll look into this for you.

If you are in the UK, then under consumer law I think you could argue easily that this device was never fit for purpose. 6 years in the UK I believe is the period you can in theory claim this.
