my acer iconia one b1 830 wont connect to wifi

have no problem connecting to home wifi with the tablet before but all of a sudden it wont authenticate.

have done all the suggested things like try other networks,forget,turn wifi on and off etc none of which worked.

finally did factory reset but still the same problem.

have checked and rechecked the password which works fine on my other devices and security isnt blocking.

have checked privacy and accessibility as well and no problems there either.

any ideas or is the tablet jus useless now ?

Since you already tried a factory reset and the issue persist, I suggest you contact Acer support in your region.
