Hi, I'm having an issue with my Acer Switch 11V-Sw5-173. (Win 10, 128 SSD Gig hard drive, I think it's one of those eMMc ones) 4 gigs ram, touchscreen, 64 bit, and Bios version V1.08)  The mouse and keyboard will not always work after the computer comes out of sleep. Now, I have been online, seen a lot of fixes for this issue, tried a few simple ones, and nothing is working. This issue is very ramdom, and sometimes it will happen when I'm on the computer and using it, also. I still can get it to work, but I have to do a complete shutdown. It will not come back after a simple restart, and if I don't wait long enough, after the cold boot, the keyboard and mouse will still not work. I am still under warranty, so I will talk to Acer if I can't get help here, but I thought I'd try this first. I am aware that this seems to be a Win 10 update issue with drivers-and yes, this all started with the latest Win 10 update, everything was fine until last week or so, and I did try a system restore, and maybe I didn't go back far enough, but I'm still having issues after the system restore. Can anyone help me with this? There are sooooo many fixes out there, I'm getting overwhelmed with it all, since it's obvious that not all fixes work with/for all computers. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.  Oh, and I hope I'm in the correct forum, lol      wowie

    Really??? 57 views, but no help? Thanks for everything Acer community! I mean, I would have understood if someone would have told me just to get help from tech support, since I still am under warranty. But to completely ignore me??? WOW  You people really suck, and now I'm going to file a complaint. Thanks a lot!
