Acer M5-581T Ultrabook

On September 1, 2012 at Carrefour Malaga, Spain, I bought an Acer M3-581T-32364G34Mnkk. On January 5, moving the screen to see a movie in bed, the screen descrambled (stopped working).

On January 8, I sent him to fix under warranty to Barcelona Technical Service (the worst in the world Acer SAT). They said to me it has been a problem of misuse and I am convinced it is due to a hidden defect.

I just tell them that someone who is judge and stakeholder as they are, can not be neutral. I submit to a verdict goal of any technical authority.

P.S. If anyone has had problems with this laptop screen, please let me know

    Good day

If its they are claiming its physical damage, than ask them to send photos. Physical damage on LCD and be caused internaly or externaly. eg. External: Close the lcd lid with a pen/pencil on keyboard. Internal: While there lcd is closed, an excessive amount of pressure being applied on LCD.
