Screen Tearing when streaming videos G9-791

I really don't know what's the problem. I've tried downloading some videos and playing them on the Movies & TV.

Resetted the PC through the recovery in the options due to problems with Dolby Audio not functioning properly.

Made sure my drivers are all updated too. I don't know why streaming on youtube or kissanime (tried both HTML5 and Flash) and still there's screen tearing. It doesn't last for long (if anything I'd say it's at most half a second) but it occurs throughout the video. No one likes that right?

I'll try resetting the PC again and see if it helps. Really don't want to reinstall all my apps. Anyways wish me luck

Solved by myself. Turns out it was a chrome update or something that had to do with the hardware acceleration.

Just go chrome settings> Show advanced settings >(Scroll all the way down to this System part)> Uncheck "Use hardware acceleration when avaliable.

Restart your chrome and it should work just fine ==' resetted the Laptop for nothing

No luck. Screen tearing still there after resetting. I'm using chrome to watch them videos too. Works fine on edge. Nevermind I'll see how I can solve it myself T.T
