Good afternoon,

 

I have bought an acer cellphone Z530 last week. Everything is going ok till I install an update.

 

Now I can't use my cellphone because it says: com.android.phone has stoped.

 

Please help me as you can.

    if you are able to enter settings:

    settings/backup&reset - factory data reset

    this will erase all your personal data but normally fixes this kind of issue.

     

    if you are not able to enter settings, try to do the factory reset from recovery, follow this instructions:

    Hi Iron Fly,

     

    my liquid is over a year old now. I got messages that  google play services had disappeared. I retied rebooting but got repeatedly stuck on the start screen. I followed the recommendations to factory reset and reboot but alas neither reboot technique on your link worked. 

     

    I will try returning my telephone under my 2 year guarantee unless you can think of something else I should try first....
