I bought a 106W and it constantly out of the box would give me a black screen while I was using it and i'd have to turn off the screen then back on.... After the fourth time sending it in for repair Acer was nice enough to send me a replacment of a different model... man was I excited ....WAS.... As soon as it came out of the box it did the same dang thing. I called and again like everytime before was told I did not know what I was talking about and I was wrong.... I created a new power plan set everything to never turned off fast start... Still get this **bleep** black screen. I want to love this thing and this company but your all rude and not helping now I have a paper weight I can not even use. Please resolve this issue. Oh and to top it off the "boss lady" (Shane) won't even take my calls anymore when I try to contact her about this continued issue. I am forced to speak with a customer service rep who keeps telling me I don't know what i am doing and that I've had my computer since 2011 and it is passed warranty... Which is wrong....
