Hello!

I have an ACER Aspire M laptop which is about 3 years old. The battery cannot be taken off, it's under the back cover. I have Windows 10, 64 bit. I didn't use my laptop for a few months and once I turned it on again, I got the message that the bettery is not charging. So I cannot unplug my laptop. Battery seemed to work fine before..

- I read that updating BIOS could solve the problem, but I can't do it because the system requires battery to be at  at least 30%.

- I can't take off the battery, so the solution with holding power button down doesn't work as well.

- I also can't unplug my laptop to reinstall the drivers.

Someone help please!
