XB271HU moving/shifting "dead pixel"?

Hi,

I just got my XB271HU monitor, and noticed what I first thought was a dead pixel down in the right corner.

But upon further inspection I noticed that it looks like the pixel moves when I look at it from different angles (?).

Basically: if I for example put my mouse pointer on the dark pixel, and then move my head to another position the "pixel" has moved outside the pointer. And from what I can see there is no dirt on the screen (outer surface or sandwiched between the panel and anti glare layer).

Here's a wonky video of it. The camera had some issues focusing, and the youtube compression makes it even worse... But there's a bit at ~6 seconds where the dot is most visible (at the very tip of the pointer).
