Huge Problem with Acer AX1400

Hello.

 

I've recently gotten an old Acer Aspire AX1400. It used to work, until a few days ago: I opened it, unmounted everything to check what I could change, and now the computer does turn on, but here's what happens:

I plug it in, it turns on without even having to push the power button. I wired it to a screen, it gives no signal. The fan is running at full speed (sounds like a ***** airplane). The motherboard does give power, as the DVD R/W can be opened. When the computer is off, the USB ports still give power (to turn off the computer, I have to keep pressing the power button). 

 

I think the problem might come from the CPU. The computer doesn't seem to control how power flows in the components.
