I am in warranty, right outside of 30 days actually... However I do not know where my serial number or SSID is. I paid a lot of money for this device and I would really like to know how I can fix this and promptly register this device so I can get support going forward. Sadly, this is not a laptop so I cannot find the SSID or anything. It has a sticker on the bottom left but every number I give the support system, it won't accept.
Is there an Acer Support email I can write to? I'd like to get this fixed soon.
Here's my problem though:
It won't boot. It's on solid orange, I've tried holding down a plethora of buttons with and without the AC adapter and nothing works. It just happened and I have no idea how to fix this.
